Work Experience Drupal

Looking for Talent? How about a trained, motivated intern ready to work?

Potential intern host organizations who would like to participate in Work Experience (WE) Drupal should contact Gwendolyn Anello to access the profiles of up to 8 Drupal Career Starter Program (DCSP) graduates that will outline their technical qualifications, as well as strengths and areas where they want to focus their talent.  WE Drupal allows you to test-drive an eager, highly trained Drupal novices who seeks to gain practical work experience by focusing his or her abilities on real world projects. Some compensation is suggested, but some of the interns are willing to work pro bono.

Read a recent WE Drupal case study.

DrupalEasy Academy ensures that only technically proficient DCSP graduates qualify to participate in the WE Drupal intern experience. Companies outside the Central Florida region will work virtually with their DCSP graduates, while regional companies can provide work experience on-site, virtually or in combination. Companies interested in hosting WE Drupal talent can apply until March 7.

Toward the end of the the 10 week DCSP training, qualified students and WE Drupal Hosts will be introduced so interviews and arrangements can be made for suggested 6-10 week internships. The intent is for hosts to receive valuable work product while they provide practical, guided experience for the new Drupalers to jumpstart their careers. The ultimate goal of WE Drupal is for hosts, and the Drupal community, to have new, motivated talent resources.

Apply to become a WE Drupal Host by March 7, 2014 by emailing your preferences and needs to Gwendolyn Anello.
