Michael Anello provides a very comprehensive exploration of the various aspects of Drupal from creating web pages to module development, and Drupal community involvement, within the expanse of a approximately 3 month course. I recommend this course as a great introduction to Drupal and all it has to offer.
The instructor pays very close attention to details. The homework exercises and walkthroughs were well documented and essential in helping me understand the code, configurations and database aspects of this latest version of Drupal. I also learned the benefits of using a containerized development environment for a workflow that is more efficient.
Seeing Michael's enthusiasm, passion, and knowledge for the course material he teaches about Drupal is probably one of the best things for a student to see, in my opinion.
I am currently using Drupal platform at my job and so this course actually helped me greatly to have a better understanding of Drupal development. I planned to use Drupal heavily for my future projects.

Instructor gave 200% of himself and his knowledge. If any one fails to utilize the knowledge acquired, it will completely fall on the student. All in all, one thing is constant every week of this course - instructor showed how to consistently question the development process for both efficiency and profitability ("will this decision impede the future?", "will it save time and consequently cost?"). I completed the program confident I can make specializing in Drupal a career choice.
Michael is a great, knowledgeable teacher who possesses abundant knowledge of Drupal itself, and an even deeper linkage within and affection towards the Drupal community. Not everyone will come from the same scenario as mine, but this course literally reversed a two-year loathing and confusion of being forced to work with our newly-implemented Drupal to the point where I’m now eager to solve problems again, like the curious developer I was before. If the cost only covered the course, it would be worth it. The fact you also get so much ongoing support and community through his previous alumni, an optional mentor, and the man himself, makes the cost a bargain.
